Welcome to lamanijafoodservices. Born from cherished family roots and a lifelong passion for baking, we create authentic Hungarian treats, handmade celebration cakes, hearty party food, and traditional artisan meat products straight from our home kitchen to your table.
From family traditions to our home bakery
I fell in love with baking as a child, learning timeless recipes and techniques beside my grandma. Over the years, I naturally became the designated baker for every family celebration. When we moved to England, I was at home looking after my very young children while my husband worked hard on his own. Wanting to help support him, care for our little ones, and build a brighter future for our family, the idea blossomed: I loved baking and could run it from home. That is how lamanijafoodservices was born right in Stoke-on-Trent. We have closed our Stoke-on-Trent food business due to relocation and are now ready to reopen in Skegness.
Handcrafted meats and self-taught dedication
We take immense pride in every single item we make. Having never attended professional culinary school, I am entirely self-taught, setting exacting standards for myself and perfecting every detail until it matches my vision. Alongside our sweet bakes, my husband prepares traditional meat products, including homemade sausages and tender ham using skills handed down by his grandad. Every creation is handmade, personalised, affordable, and never mass-produced like supermarket alternatives.
Authentic flavours developed just for you
We craft our own recipes from scratch to let true taste shine through. If you desire a specific flavour combination not already in my recipe book, I will gladly develop one tailored for your celebration. Our cakes are never loaded with excessive sugar, allowing real, balanced flavours to take centre stage, while our savoury meats remain completely free from artificial preservatives. It is an honest, flavour-packed approach to wholesome home cooking.
